I had booked my bridal hair appointment there as well, so I returned the next day to get my hair done there.
I regret visiting this salon for my wedding hair and manicure.
My experience was horrible!
I expressed to the owner that I was very unhappy with my day before and asked for a refund on my manicure. I expressed that the product was bad, which is why it needed to be removed and I had damage to my skin and nails. She basically said that my nails looked fine now and that she didn't really feel I should have a refund.
Hair was nice, makeup was fine.
The day before my wedding. I've had many gel manis and never experienced that before.
I asked the stylist to apply a manicure of regular polish because my nails were just scratched up and terrible looking at that point. That polish was fine, but they never bothered to do any cuticle care or anything at any point.
My hair did turn out nicely, but she seemed surprised that I wanted my makeup done too. We'd made arrangements months before, and she had forgotten.
There are some very nice ladies that have a lot of talent here, however, one of the owners "shop talks" about clients and personal matters so much that it kinda ruins the whole experience. If you'd like to be part of her shop talk the second you walk out the door....this is the place for you!

I booked an appointment for a mani pedi for my mother and I the day before my wedding because I thought it would be a relaxing experience. Pedicure was nice, but I asked for a gel manicure on my fingernails. The gelpolish they used did not apply evenly, And was pulling back from the cuticle area. Definitely not a decent look for wedding photos. The stylist mentioned something about the base coat being bubbly, and did remove the bad polish after I asked her to. I felt bad, but the least I deserve as a decent manicure. She filed my nails so vigorously to remove the gel polish that my RING finger bled.
